"AmMaria" is a wine dedicated to the producer's wife who has always supported him in this passion. This is a wine that will amaze you sip by sip. We like to imagine it as wine consumed near a fireplace.
Geographical location: Zagarolo; Region: Lazio; Soil: Silicon 75%; Clay 25%; Vine Training System: Spurred cordon; Density: 4500 plants per hectare.
About 6500 kg of grapes per hectare. Wine yeast is soaked for 10 days at a maximum temperature of 30 °. 50% of the wine matured in the first barrel. The remaining 50% in the second barrel. The two portions are combined in steel for 2 months before bottling.
