The vineyard is located in Alba village, Santa Rosalia district.

After the green harvest doing in the summer, grapes are manually harvested in 25 kg perforated boxes. After a further hand- selected made on vibrating table, the grape is soft press. After racking malolactic fermentation follows. The wine is then placed in large 1600 liter French oak barrels from Allier for about 6-8 months.
