Ingredienti: Acqua, Malto d’Orzo, Luppolo, Lievito.

Alcohol volume: 5%

Descrizione: Birra ad alta fermentazione. Non pastorizzata, non filtrata, rifermentata e affinata in fusto, bottiglia e lattina.

Aspetto Visivo: Dorata e leggermente velata la Route 148 forma un cappello di schiuma compatta e cremosa dalla buona persistenza.

Sentori Olfattivi: l’ aroma è fresco ed agrumato, leggermente resinoso  con dei sentori di cracker, crosta di pane e uva spina in secondo piano.

Corpo e Gusto: In bocca è morbida, pulita e fragrante con un equilibrio tra la parte agrumata quella resinosa e quella della crosta di pane. L’amaro è deciso ma non sgradevole.  Il corpo è leggero e la carbonazione media per facilitare la bevuta.

Appearance: Golden and slightly veiled, Route 148 forms a compact and creamy foam cap with good persistence.

Olfactory Hints: the aroma is fresh and citrusy, slightly resinous with hints of crackers, bread crust and gooseberries in the background.

Body and Taste: In the mouth it is soft, clean and fragrant with a balance between the citrus and the resinous part and that of the bread crust. The bitterness is strong but not unpleasant. The body is light and the carbonation medium to facilitate drinking.
