Ingredienti: Acqua, Malto d’Orzo, Luppolo, Lievito.

Alcohol volume: 7% 

Descrizione: Birra ad alta fermentazione, non pastorizzata, non filtrata, rifermentata e affinata in fusto, bottiglia e lattina.

Aspetto Visivo: Di colore dorato, con schiuma bianca, pannosa e persistente.

Sentori Olfattivi: Aroma fresco ed aggressivo con pompelmo ed aghi di pino in evidenza più un tocco di frutta tropicale.

Corpo e Gusto: Al palato c’è un imbocco lievemente biscottato seguito da una alternanza di pompelmo e frutta tropicale più evidente allo scaldarsi della birra. L’amaro è netto, tagliente e persistente. Il tenore alcolico benchè alto risulta poco avvertibile. La Sunny Side è volutamente secca e moderatamente carbonata per invogliare la bevuta.

Description: High fermentation beer, unpasteurized, unfiltered, refermented and aged in keg, bottle and can.

Appearance: Golden in color, with white, creamy and persistent foam.

Olfactory Hints: Fresh and aggressive aroma with grapefruit and pine needles in evidence plus a touch of tropical fruit.

Body and Taste: On the palate there is a slightly toasted mouth followed by an alternation of grapefruit and tropical fruit more evident when the beer is heated. The bitterness is clear, sharp and persistent. The alcohol content, although high, is hardly noticeable. Sunny Side is deliberately dry and moderately carbonated to entice drinking.
