Tasting: Lemon yellow. Olfactory intensity that offers perceptions of sage, rocket and tomato. The taste is pleasant and has bitter sensations of radicchio that are enriched with touches of white pepper. Final touch for a chicory salad.

Superior category oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. Cold extraction.
