Prima Nicchia is the new sparkling wine produced by old family recipe from Pinot bianco grapes (80%) and Yellow Trebiano (20%). The foam is light and the bubbles are creamy. From the first sip affects the sense of smell,
with a pronounced taste but after a few minutes in the glass the wine opens and leaves notes of wild flowers, chamomile, ripe citrus fruits. A very nice drink that ends with a slightly passionate note.
