ORGANOLEPTIC ASSESSMENT:

Color: Straw yellow with reflections of young gold.

Smell: Intense floral aromas of acacia and jasmine, then aromas of peach, orange, almond fruit. Finally, a faint mineral note that recalls the volcanic earth from which it comes.

Taste: Pleasant sip, soft, with a tasty flavor, fresh and pleasantly fruity. Immediate and excellent drinkability.
